HomeworkLand is an AI-powered educational platform that allows parents to generate homework assignments for their children in grades K–8. Parents can share assignments with children, track scores, and manage rewards.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. SMS Notifications

By providing a phone number for a child profile, you consent to receive SMS notifications about homework assignments. Message frequency depends on how many assignments you create. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by removing the phone number from the child's profile or by replying STOP to any message.

5. Subscription & Billing

HomeworkLand offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.

6. Prohibited Use

• You may not use HomeworkLand for any unlawful purpose.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or copy any part of the service.
• You may not submit false or misleading information.

7. Limitation of Liability

HomeworkLand is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. AI-generated content is for educational assistance only and should be reviewed by parents.
